I get all the good gear and you guys get NOTHING.

Nah if you get it its yours... But not loot stealing pl0x and if (hypothetically) your a mage and get cleric gear, I'm sure a cleric will remember it if you give em something and be willing to help you out if you need it. Still on the same team here.
